- Review & sign the lease, pay the security deposit & first month's rent.
WHAT TO EXPECT…
- Properties are listed as available only when they are fully move-in ready.
- All prospective tenants must complete a rental application and submit a non-refundable application fee. Initial eligibility is assessed based on the information provided.
- Qualified applications are forwarded to our screening partner for verification of credit history, criminal background, employment, and rental references to ensure compliance with our rental criteria.
- Application reviews typically take 1–2 business days. Approved applicants are offered available units in the order applications are approved and deposits are received.
- Once leasing terms are finalized, you’ll receive a secure link to review and sign your lease agreement and upload your certificate of insurance.
- You’ll also be granted access to the tenant portal, where you can pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and communicate directly with your property manager.
